Uncanny AI influencers like Jean Phil are all over your feed right now. I made a crew of three in one afternoon and put them in the club trend everyone's copying. Here's the exact workflow: the Nano Banana face prompts, the character sheets that keep every face identical, a week of fake posts, and the copy-paste Seedance 2.5 prompt.

Step 01 / 08
See what you're making
This guide makes three original characters (a tall cone-afro man, a ginger bowl-cut man and a black-bob woman) and puts them into viral trend videos with Seedance 2.5: the fashion-week dance, and the club clip where the dancer turns to the camera and slow-dances.
None of them are real people. Every face, post and video below was generated, and each one is labelled as AI when posted.
Open Nano Banana and paste the prompt below. Optional: add one or two screenshots of the uncanny style you like as STYLE references. The prompt tells the model to create a NEW person, not copy anyone.
The trick is the weirdness: an unnaturally tall head, a long narrow face, a deadpan stare and a vintage suit. Keep regenerating until it looks like a real front-camera phone photo, not a render.
For the other two characters, keep the same prompt and only swap the Character and Location lines:

Turn each face into a character sheet
A character sheet is what keeps the face identical in every photo and video. Upload the portrait you just made as the reference and paste the prompt below. Swap the Outfit line for each character.

Pick the trend you want them in
Find the trend on Instagram or TikTok and download the video. Single-person trends work best: the fashion-week dance and the club clip (the dancer faces away, turns to the camera, then slow-dances) are what this crew used.
Note the clip's length. You'll match it in Seedance.

One character per video gives the most stable faces. Make one clip per character, then cut them together.

Paste the prompt, match duration and aspect ratio, generate
Paste the full prompt below. Set the duration to match the trend clip and the aspect ratio to 9:16, then hit generate. Make two versions and keep the one where the face stays closest to the sheet.
For the other characters, replace the CHARACTER block with:
