Choose or create the master hero shot
If you already have a cinematic video, use its clean original as the master and continue to Step 3. Otherwise, upload a clear reference image of your subject to ChatGPT Create Image and generate one strong 9:16 hero frame. This first approved frame becomes the identity reference for every later angle, so confirm the subject design, proportions, colors, environment, lighting, and framing before moving on.
