Start with one clear photo of you
Open ChatGPT, start a new chat and attach one clear photo of yourself: face visible, good light, chest-up or waist-up. Use a new chat for every edit so earlier images don't change the next one. Every prompt below ends with "Keep my face, hair and clothes the same" so you stay recognisable.
