The walkthrough
Step 01 / 12
Set up a video folder for Claude Code
Make a folder and put your clip in it, for example my-videos/clip.mp4 (vertical 9:16 works best). Open that folder in Claude Code and send the prompt below once. Claude Code installs the tools and checks they run.
Exact prompt
Install what you need to edit video here: ffmpeg, Node with Playwright, and Python with MediaPipe and OpenCV. Then check each one works.
Step 02 / 12
Titles behind you
The words sit behind your head. Claude Code cuts you out of every frame, then stacks frame, title, and you on top.
Exact prompt
Cut me out of every frame of clip.mp4 with MediaPipe selfie segmentation. Then make a version where the words MIND BLOWN sit behind my head: draw the frame, then the title in a bold sans serif (MIND in lime #C8FF4D, BLOWN in white) across the upper third, then my cut-out on top. Pop the title in over 0.3 s. Render clip-titles.mp4 at 1080x1920.
